“I have xfinity cable and purchased this toshiba, It should be cable compatible , However it seems not to be. Its hooked up but only one channel comes in . Is there a way to pair the cable with this tv. We like it but ,,,,,we can not connect cable. Help”

First off, how are you connecting the cable box to the TV: coax cable or HDMI? I highly recommend HDMI. If coax, you have the option to scan for channels. If you use the remote, push the microphone and say, "scan cable channels", or you can go through settings on the homes screen.
