“The picture keeps going out. The only way to get the picture and sound back is to shut the set off and then back on. I’ve reset to factory settings and reinstalled everything. I’m ready to return this set back to Best Buy.”

• Same thing happened to me but it was picture only about 5 times in the 1st week. I returned it for another and no problems I own one other Toshiba Fire TV and never had an issue
