I would contact Amazon customer service. I have sent message to them to call me on my Kindle and they call right away. They have been very patient walking me through problems. We are very happy with this tv
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure everything is capitalized correctly, and that there are no spaces where there shouldn’t be. Some fields add a space at the end of an entry for some reason. Also make sure your internet access isn’t blocked for any reason. If it can’t see the Amazon servers, you won’t be able to log in no matter what.
