- Answer No, this TV does not have built in Goggle Chromecast. But it does have built in Amazon Fire TV. They are both are streaming products, but competing technologies. With the streaming technology built in to the TV, you save the cost of buying a stick that plugs in to an HDMI port on the TV. QuestionI have referenced google inquiries that say that the HOOPLA DIGITAL app can be used with this tv, Why when I try to do this through the downloaded app it acts like it is downloading but it does not show in my selections to watch.

- Answer Use a browser source like Amazon Silk (on the TV) to go straight to the internet and download the App just like a computer. It should work then when you load it.

- Answer Does not have 4G or any cellular connection that I know of. Connects to 802 511 B home wifi.

QuestionThis TV refuses to acknowledge the free cable channels streaming through the coaxial cable line. It worked fine on the "dumb" TV so it is not a question of the signal strength. Do all smart TVs block them or is it just the Toshiba?

- Answer I put my settings on channel search with my coaxial cable hooked into the t.v. it ran the channels and saved everything my signal picked up fine. I do have an amp for the indoor antenna but it shouldn't make a huge difference

QuestionI hooked a Sony blu ray dvd player unto a newly bought Toshiba Fire TV 43 inch 1080, played a recorded class on a dvd . I stopped it and when i tried to play it back the message says "There is no playable data" . Did my class just got deleted ? Why?
