“I have the Toshiba 49L621U 49" 4K Ultra HD LED TV w/ Built-in ChromeCast that I purchased just a little over 2 years ago from Best Buy's Black Friday Sale and the TV is now Black Screen with only audio. I know this is a known issue. What is the fix?”

I have same tv, bought March 2017, now in Oct. 2019, I have same problem. Tried "resetting" but had no luck. I think power source is dead. I guess they are made to last just over time of extended warranty.. only thing to do is buy new tv, no more toshiba
