Yes, any WiFi signal will work. But the tv and apps frequently update, so you'll burn through lots of data. I'm a cord cutter so my data usage isn't exactly comparable, but I push 40 - 50 GBs monthly to my tv for apps, updates, and watching videos. If you're not using it to watch online videos or through an app (YouTube, sling, etc.) itll probably be fine
