• If I’m not mistaken in your settings there is a setting for lip sync. By using this setting you can adjust the audio to Match the Vido properly

• If you scroll through the settings menu there's one you can adjust the sound delay. You should be able to sync it up properly there.

• I know this happens if 2 tv's are on and using a cable box as both can have cable and 1 over cable without box,, and 1 with box there is a delay of a second or more between box and not,,,,with same company same address

• So, I have ran into a few problems with this t.v., from no longer finding the network, remote not responding and including my question earlier. I have fixed everything by unplugging the t.v. for a couple of minutes and plugging back in.
