“What format of USB does the TV support (FAT32, NTFS, etc)? When /I insert a usb drive the tv formats it, but then my PC does not recognize it and wants to re-format it, so I can't copy a mpeg4 movie or anything onto it.”

The USB supports images ONLY it will not play movies from a USB stick or hard drive.
