Pull the plug out of the TV for 20 seconds then plug it back and turn on. If that don't work try rebooting your router while the TV is off then power up again. I just got my TV on Friday and this is what I have to do every day so I can watch Prime. Its not the WiFi its the TV. There is no fix yet but I only paid $250 on Prime day so this is what you pay for. Gah
