Use the TV button to bring up the guide, and then you can select up or down to see the channel list. Once you find the channel you want, press select to view it. The TV itself doesn't have a DVR, so you can purchase a separate one, like the FireTV Recast or get DVR access from your cable or satellite provider.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have cable on my Toshiba and to watch regular TV I have to go to Input Cable on the main screen with my Toshiba remote. Then use my cable remote to change the channels to regular TV programs.
