Had a TERRIBLE time trying to get this Toshiba connected to my cable network. It took THREE trips by the Geek squad to finally get it done properly. Every time I would go to "cable", it would give me a "no signal detected"......as a consequence, I was unable to use this T.V. for over one week! I was BEYOND frustrated, to say the least.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like you need to make sure you’ve selected the correct HDMI source. HDMI cable from the cable box out to one of the three HDMI input on the tv. In the top bar of the home screen select settings - inputs - HDMI 1,2,or3 select the one you’ve plugged your cable box into and you should be good to go.
