• Try holding the select button and the pause/play button simultaneously - hold for at least 5 seconds. This restarts your tv, much like unplugging it.

• The Fire TV Edition television requires a strong stable high-speed internet connection to stream content. Try to use a Wi-Fi Extender to improve the signal strength. David M. - Toshiba Support

• IF YOU HAVE A DISH, DON'T LET THEM TELL YOU THAT THE WEATHER DOES NOT INTERUPT THE SIGINALS BECAUSE IT ALWAYS DOES. COULD ALSO BE THE SPEED YOUR VENDOR HAS GOING TO YOUR LINES.
