If you are not going to use the tv as a smart tv. Just get a tv that is not smart. I love mine I use it for Netflix,Amazon and Hulu, and of course over the air antenna. I’m sure it would work just fine with dicectv I canceled my dish tv the day I got this tv. Hope this was helpful.
