A:Answer You need to go into the settings, select "Display & Sounds." Select "Sound Settings". At the bottom of the right side, select "Advance Settings". Select "Dialog Clarity" set it to "High", then select "DTS TruSurround", make sure it is "On". Then select "TruVolume", make sure it is "On". Then go to "Audio Mixing" make sure it is "On". Go back to "Sound Settings". Make sure the "Bass" is set at "0", "Treble" "0" and "Balance" is "0". That should fix it.
