QuestionI bought this TV in April 2017 for a guest bedroom. It has been used maybe 8 times and already the screen is broken. It is a spidered look but the screen is not cracked/damaged in any way. There is no way it could have been physically destroyed. Anyone?

QuestionHow can i make this TV stay in "gaming" picture mode. Every time we turn it off (+/or unplug the set) it goes to movie mode, sometimes to PC mode). This is very annoying. We bought 5 of these TVs over a 3 month period and all of them do this.
