Simply press the settings button on the remote. It’s next to the mute button and go to Display and you can change the aspect ratio.

To adjust the aspect ration, press and hold the home button for three seconds to display the Quick Access menu, and select Display to adjust the Picture Size and Aspect Ratio. Please note that some applications require you to adjust the picture size within the application settings.
