“I bought this TV for my MIL 6 moths ago..... she is 97 and cannot do the HDMI selection all she can do is turn it off and on..... I have done a factory restart and turned off the WiFi and it still makes her select which HDMI to pick.....how do we lock it”

There should be a setting that allows you to choose whether tv starts from last input used or not. I'm pretty sure we had to change that also. It's been about a month and tv is not with me here to give the exact menu option. Sorry
