“If a movie on the tv is playing in 4:3 how can i stretch it to fill the entire screen”

• If the signal is from an Antenna, you could try to change the aspect ratio, long press the home button for 3 seconds to launch the Quick Access menu, select Display settings to adjust the Picture Size and Aspect Ratio. If the movie is from an app, the Picture Size and Aspect ratio options will not be available because the app is already sending a full screen picture. David M. - Toshiba Support
