“I keep on getting message Critically Low on Storage. Remove apps. I have had no luck in removing any apps. I am afraid I will remove something I should not. I also wonder why I am getting this message since I have not knowingly saved anything.”

Try this, go Home > Settings > About and do a Factory Reset. For product support please call 1 (855) 527-2411 available from 8 am to 9 pm CT everyday.
