go into the network settings and try to set up your tv on your wifi. Check your internet router and make sure you have internet connection. If you can't set it up, I would contact Geek squad so they can help you further.

If no internet at all then Please check and see if your internet provider has data caps on your internet service plan. Call them and upgrade your internet service. If that's all good then check and see your Amazon account is not blocked by Amazon for any dispute. Create a new Amazon account to see if it's an account issue..
