“I have a wireless (NOT bluetooth) headset. I have it connected through the headphone jack on the TV. When the headset is plugged in to the jack with the headset turned OFF I cannot hear the TV. I want to be able to alternate between without unplugging”

• Take it back it's not worth the headache it will not connect correctly

• Try to go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio Output and turn on TV speakers.
