Yes it will. We recently used the subject hard drive to swap out with our original PS3 80GB hard drive after we ran out of space. Don't forget to go through the PS3 process to save your data before you make the swap!

I think so. If fat ps3 hard drives can be used in slims, this one should work fine. I got this for my ps3 super slim and it was easy to install.
