• Yes there are mounting holes ready on the back. Uses M6 screws.

• Yes. I wall mounted it without a hitch - took me 20 minutes. Ensure that you have good quality mounting hardware, and the right tools to mount the TV. The TV is relatively light weight compared to early day flat screens and is easy to mounth. That said, it is still a two person job given the size of the TV.
