• You would need a selector switch that allows 1 input and 3 outputs

• Unfortunately, most TV's aren't set up with HDMI outputs so that you can "daisy-chain" them together. If you use an HDMI distribution amplifier (google: HDMI DA) from your video source, it will amplify & multiply it with little to no signal loss.
