Does this tv have eARC? null

If you question is can you pair this with a Sound Bar that connects to eARC, then yes. One of the HDMI outputs on the back is labeled (I believe HDMI3). Plug that into the soundbar (my soundbar uses the output for the eARC). It automatically connected and now the Remote with the TV will change the volume on the Sound Bar.
