Thank you for reaching out to us! If your PS5 isn't displaying, you might want to try a few simple steps. First, consider using a different HDMI port on your TV to see if that resolves the issue. Additionally, a power cycle can often help turn off both your PS5 and your TV, then unplug the TV from the power source for about a minute. Once you plug it back in, turn on the TV and then the PS5. If you have access to another TV or monitor, connecting your PS5 to it could help determine whether the problem lies with the console itself. If you still encounter the same issue you may try to contact our customer service team for further assistance. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You maybe should buy a new cord! If not the hdmi cable may be not in fully! If that does not work, it’s maybe not the right input, switch to every input with your ps5 on and see if that helps! You can contact amazon too fix this issue.
