“When switching the HDMI source to display my PS5 it shows no signal. I tried different HDMI cord, did Factory reset, tried displaying my laptop (which worked.) But it isn't working with my PS5. How can I resolve this issue?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You maybe should buy a new cord! If not the hdmi cable may be not in fully! If that does not work, it’s maybe not the right input, switch to every input with your ps5 on and see if that helps! You can contact amazon too fix this issue.
