“I cannot use or access to the FireTv app . There is no app for this. I cannot access it using the remote. Also most of the apps are not compatible with this device (Netflix, freevee etc).”

We are bringing on new apps every month which will always be available automatically in the home screen/launcher and app store without you needing to update the software. Watch this space!
