Q: QuestionIs this Tv hz wise i take it 60hz from what ive read campatible with xbox one x to ensure maximun 4k... I just sold a tv that didn't have enough hz... hz meaning hertz. Just wanna insure that I'm not getting a tv that can't push the new xbox one x

• A:Answer Every TV is at least 60Hz. This particular TV is 60Hz. It has a resolution of 3840x2160 and so, 4K devices will output 4K resolution on this TV. In order to get 4K 60Hz, ensure that the HDMI cord is plugged into the correct port that supports 60Hz. It will be stated in the manual which port it is.

Q: QuestionI have a 55L711U18 TV (55" Toshiba 4k) and I cannot get the optical audio output to work. I connect my sound bar to my direct tv box with the same optical cable and it works but not on the tv.

• A:Answer The digital audio is only output, connect DIRECTTV- via HDMI------->Toshiba TV-VIa optical cabe----->sound bar, go to option-audio on the TV and change the output.Is an option there i don't remember were but is there.
