“On the Specs page it says this tv is not Bluetooth enabled, but some users say that it DOES have bluetooth... so which is it??? Will I be able to connect this Toshiba to my headphones or sound bar via Bluetooth???”

It does have Bluetooth because the remote works using this technology. Connect your headphones or sound bar to one of the following audio outputs: 3.5 mm (Headphone Jack) and Digital Optical Output. David M. - Toshiba Support
