• The screen width is 49.1 inches and the height with stand is 30.1 inches.

• Toshiba - 55" Class - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR - Fire TV Edition - This particular TV is exactly 49" wide & just a hair over 30" high with the feet attached, so yes, as long as your cabinet is at least 15" deep to accommodate the feet. As for part 2 of your question, I would suggest finding a prospective TV & just ask for the measurements: Height, width, depth (with feet), etc.
