• The refresh rate is 60 Hz and you can set the Motion Processing On/Off.

• Yes, this Toshiba Fire TV has motion interpolation, or Motion Processing, as it is labeled in the Advanced Settings section. There are 4 settings options: Off, Standard, Smooth and Enhanced. Also, the native frame rate is 60hz.
