“I just set up my tv and I cannot get any of my regular channels. Are there instructions on how to do this? I tells me to connect to my antenna, I have the cable hooked up but it still isn't able to find the channels.”

To do a Channel Scan on the Fire TV Edition television go: Home > Settings > Live TV > Channel Scan. For product support please call 1 (855) 527-2411 available from 8 am to 9 pm CT everyday. David M. - Toshiba Support

Please try again later.Do you have cable tv or an antenna,cable tv box has to be on and outputs on channel 3 or 4 if that is plugged into the toshiba the hit menu and channel search wait till it finishes then you should have a channel but it will not be HD television. HDTV uses a hdmi cable to an hdmi input on the back. If you have an outside antenna then hook that up to the antenna connector and hit channel scan and wait till it finishes scanning for all the channels in your area.
