“I’m trying to watch a movie or a show. Everything works fine when I’m trying to play it but when I click play the screen goes black and I can only hear the voice this issue started since I put my ps4 with the tv. It’s brand new too I don’t the solution?”

Not sure if this will help you but I had a problem with my new TV streaming all my apps ...very upset at first the screen was black sound was fine could see the network icon at the bottom (abc etc) tried everything . Unplug TV for 3 to 5 min then plug back in. Picture was back immediately. Hope this helps anyone having this problem
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Use the input/app button on the remote (the two little squares) to go back to netflix or hulu or whatever app you were running before you switched to gaming. This corrects that issue. I was also resetting my tv after every time i played xbox.
