• Yes, once it's connected to your PC you can use Windows Explorer or any other file management software to manage folders and files any way that you like.

• Yes, in fact, that is exactly what I do. I also use it for windows automatic backups and those are saved in a separate folder.

• You can definitely create as many folders as you like! I have 100+ folders.
