If you're asking whether or not apps you use on your S4 will run on the Excite Pro, the answer is... usually. Some apps from the Play store are programmed and formatted specifically for phones and will either look odd on a large screen device or in some cases, will not run at all. The reverse is also true. Also, apps that are created and bundled for a specific device (such as the Samsung apps on your S4) will often run only on that device. If you're asking whether or not information (mp3, video, documents, etc.) can be shared between the two devices, the answer is yes--though in some cases, files specific to an app will need that app installed on both devices.
