QuestionWarranty, HDD and RAMHello, i buy this model P55W-C5314 from BestBuy Los Angeles Store, i register the laptop online for 1 year warranty but i will leave to Europe for the next 2years. In case i will need the 1y warranty can i use the local Toshiba authorise service centers? The warranty is valid in Europe? Olso in Europe they ask for proof of payment and warranty certificate, i have the bill but didn't receive any certificate ... will be ok with only the online information from toshiba website? Second: on toshiba website this model is listed with 1.0TB (5400rpm) Hybrid 16G Disk Drive but on bestbuy website this mention not appear, all C5314 have 16G hybrid? Last: on toshiba detailed product specification the laptop is listed with 2 main memory slots, 8GB not user upgradeable, this meen that the upgrade can't be done by the user because will need to disassemble the laptop or because the memory is solder on the motherboard? Sorry for my english, i'm from Romania-Europe.

This warranty is only eligible in the United States, United States Territories, Puerto Rico, Latin America, and the Caribbean. The C5314 model features a 1TB (5400 RPM) Serial ATA hard disk drive. The RAM memory in this laptop is not user upgradeable.

Since it could be one of multiple issues that could be causing your touchscreen to not work we recommend contacting Toshiba tech support at (800) 457-7777 to start troubleshooting.
