• Yes. I bought this phone as a prepaid Verizon & only used it that way for the first month. I have been using Straight Talk ever since then

• I was able to use Verizon compatible sim in this phone after activating with Verizon prepaid for a week. IMEID showed incompatible until a weeks worth of activation.
