Go to Best Buy and tell them there has been a mistake.

I never open request and call to confirm with Geek Squad its not from Total Tech Support. I then move it to spam.

You would have been asked if you wanted the protection at the time of purchase. I would call before I post something. Give them a call and then post if no one is able to help. Be kind to the representative. They are there to help you.

Please try again later.A FEW MONTHS AGO I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING I WAS BEING CHARGED ALMOST DOUBLE WHAT MY CONTRACT IS/WAS WITH BEST BUY, IT WAS NOT SENT FROM BEST BUY, THERE WAS NO CHARGE PENDING ON MY ACCOUNT. I SENT THIS EMAIL TO BEST BUYS FRAUD DEPARTMENT AND IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF, I ALSO HAVE GOTTEN ILLEGAL SUBSCRIPTIONS ON MY HOME DEPOT ACCT. JUST BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU OPEN YOUR EMAILS. I AM SURE BEST BUY WILL CANCEL ANY CHARGES YOU DID NOT AUTHORIZE - ALSO IT IS AUTOMATIC SO JUST BE CAREFUL WHEN ONLINE
