Yes all phones locked to Total Wireless in the past had a SIM card and new number included. But you are asking this question on an ad for a 30 day plan.... not a phone, so it depends upon which phone you are thinking to use this 30 days with.

No sim card. I transferred my number. You have the option to keep or get a new number when you activate phone.
