Can this phone be activated with AT&T null

If you can find a retailer that services phones and has it unlocking option then I don't see why not most of their phones have both GSM 4G and CDMA I'M NO EXPERT BUT WE COULD DO IS COMPARE PHONES AND I BELIEVE AT&T IS GSM NOW RIGHT SIM CARD REQUIRED? GODSPEED TO THE GOOD STUFF!

this only works for the mentioned company it is blocked for use in this company
