    • Answer You got to go to the retailer or store or totalwireless.com to find out the limitations on the sales each retailer will have their own dates usually versus the total wireless.com online store will be another brand and demographic of add items and special discounts especially if you have service already or not I find myself going to the local grocery store or the local Walmart or local Best buy to go get my phone and I can just pay my 50 bucks and I got a new phone again...

    • Answer Of course not. The phone is locked to the service provider for a year and they will unlock it after you've had one year of continuous service.
