If you look under "See All Specifications," you will see that it is a locked phone. Then look under "Features" and click on "See more...." You will then see that it is locked to the Total Wireless service and requires a plan from them. You PROBABLY can also use it for any associated company, but I can't guarantee this. If it were possible, this would be those of the Verizon company and therefore include Straight Talk, Visible, Tracfone, Simple Mobile, SafeLink, Walmart Family Mobile, and Verizon Prepaid, as well as Verizon itself.
