Absolutely, the range extender also has an Access Point Mode, which allows you to connect it to your network directly using Ethernet so it can broadcast a WiFi signal in the desired location. Regards, TP-Link Support
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would think this is possible. There is an Ethernet port on the bottom of this range extender. So if you run the Ethernet to your garage and plug it into this range extender, it should do what you are asking, just make sure it is plugged into a power source as well as Ethernet does not provide power to any device.
