No. You need a modem for the telephone or cable input. It has a standard Ethernet input (1GB) and 4 Ethernet outputs. (Of course it does Wifi too)

It is a Wi-Fi 6 Router that works in conjunction with your existing Internet source device (e.g., a separate modem, ONT, or gateway) and connects to the existing Internet source via Ethernet cable. It does not support RJ11 (telephone) or coaxial connectivity.
