“Hello, does this support wired backhaul? I would like to get two of these routers and I have a cat5e cable ran from the main router to our bedroom in the back of the house. I'm just wondering if that would work to help extend the wireless network range.”

You can connect one of these routers to your broadband provider on one end and use it in router mode. Connect the other one with your CAT5e cable to the other router, but set it to access point mode. It also supports the TP-Link Easymesh system and can wirelessly communicate between another TP-Link device.
