Generally speaking, the amount of extenders that can be used will depend on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, your network's bandwidth, the required coverage area, and how many extenders you plan to use in direct sequence (we recommend chaining no more than 2 extenders in direct sequence). Which outdoor model are you referring to? If you mean one of our Deco Outdoor models, then no; these extenders are not Deco Mesh products and cannot directly integrate with the Deco Mesh ecosystem or app; however, they can be used as generic Wi-Fi extenders. Range is highly dependent upon environmental factors, such as placement of each extender in relation to the router and your connected devices, physical obstructions between the extender and your devices (walls, etc.) and the distance between the extender and connecting devices.
