“does this allow for a guest network to be set up? I have an old Google mesh system that i will be replacing and most of my devices are set up on the guest network and i do not want to program a bunch of devices. Plan on using same names and passwords”

Yes it does allow a guest network. I have a guest Network setup for my company.
