“I purchased this system because I have multiple ring stick up outdoor cams. The signal is great on all the cams but the videos are pixelated and freeze. I’ve changed multiple settings but still no progress. Any advice?”

Hi Firegirl, If the cameras are the only devices on your network exhibiting this behavior, even though they receive a strong, stable signal from your Deco Mesh System, we recommend toggling off the "Mesh Technology" feature in the Deco app for each camera.
