Does this router work well with optimum? null

Honestly these mesh routers kinda stink. All u do is get booted off, when u try to sign in it tells u password incorect and when u leave the house and come back it doesn’t re connect u. I use mine specifically just for smart home stuff now. I am slowly moving smart home stuff to my verizon router on top of it. I think if u direct connected all the wires through the house it would work fine but why buy something wireless and plug them in so they work correctly
