I used an Outdoor rated node (Deco XE50)and mounted it to the exterior of a metal building 100' away and then ran cable to a ax3000 node insidethe building, and maintain a minimum or 100MBPS. at 200' you may want to look at this approach vs trying to have to bury or contain 200' of ethernet cable.
